Katerina Moutou

Katerina Moutou is Associate Professor at University of Thessaly, Greece, and an aquaculture expert. Her research focuses on the mechanisms governing the utilization of dietary resources for growth in farmed fish. Currently, she coordinates the H2020 project PerformFISH, aiming at improving the technical performance of the Mediterranean aquaculture. She was a member of the EC Experts’ group for the Evaluation of Impact Assessment of FP7 and H2020 projects relevant to Food Security and Nutrition.
