Emile Frison

Dr Frison spent his career in agricultural research for development focusing on agricultural biodiversity and the contribution that it can make to the nutritional quality of diets and the sustainability, resilience and productivity of smallholder agriculture. In 2015, he joined the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems. Dr Frison is lead author of “From Uniformity to Diversity: a paradigm shift from industrial agriculture to diversified agroecological systems”.
